Easy keto meal plan: Breakfast with breakfast, breakfast burritos, and lunch
I’m back at it again, this time with another breakfast menu I think is quite good for someone who wants to eat more than breakfast.
If you like to make breakfast, this is a good option for you.
Here’s what you need to make: I like to have two to four pieces of bacon on hand to make the eggs.
These eggs can be made with bacon or any meat of your choice.
You can also make eggs for pancakes or pancakes with bacon, but you can also eat them in a toast.
Make a salad and add avocado and/or avocado oil to it.
I have the perfect salad, which includes cucumber, spinach, avocado, tomatoes, avocado sauce, and a squeeze of lime.
Topping it all off with a big bowl of oatmeal with fruit and cinnamon is also a great option.
This one is perfect for breakfast.
This meal plan has been making me hungry and hungry, so I’m just going to keep making more.
