It’s been a rough couple of months for Canadians, with the government struggling to balance a record $6.6 billion deficit and the federal government having just lost a court challenge over its robocalls scandal.

But, as CBC News has learned, the government has also been facing some serious problems with its own food supply.

The government has been grappling with the issue of whether its food-safety regulations are up to par with the latest food-borne pathogens.

The health ministry says that the current regulations are adequate, and the government will continue to implement them.

But a growing number of food retailers are challenging those standards and saying that some of the current rules are inadequate.

The Food Safety and Standards Authority of Canada, the body that oversees the country’s food-security regulations, has said that it expects to have food-related outbreaks at about 60 per cent of the country in 2018.

But that number could change drastically if some retailers get hit with fines for violating the rules.

“We’re talking about millions of dollars,” says Scott MacGregor, the president of the Canadian Association of Grocers.

“We don’t want to see that number going up.”

What to do if you’re worried about your food safetyThe Food and Drug Administration has a number of regulations on the books that make it very difficult for retailers to comply with.

They include a number that require retailers to test their products and then send those samples back to the manufacturer.

But it’s also the case that some retailers, such as food-factory chain Lidl, have been using a loophole in that regulation to send back samples of food that weren’t properly tested.

Lidl told CBC News that it was sending back samples that had been stored in an unlabeled plastic container.

It said that many of the samples it was testing contained traces of salmonella bacteria.

The food industry has also raised concerns about the way in which food-testing facilities are set up.

And, for consumers, the risk of contamination is very real.

“It’s not just the food itself,” says James McCreary, president of Canadian Food Bank.

“It’s the whole process of packaging, packaging, and packaging it, and how it’s packaged.”

McCreary says that even with the current regulatory system, it can be very difficult to get the food-protection testing equipment that is required.

“I’m sure there are some retailers who have really good food safety systems,” he says.

“I think that’s where they’re making the mistake of not having it done in time.”

The food safety agency says that its current food-control rules are adequate and will be in place by the end of the year.

But the new regulations will mean that retailers will have to do a better job testing their products.

“When we’ve got a lot of retailers, we want them to be very cautious and do everything that we say that we will do,” says Robyn Cote, a spokesperson for the Food and Food Services Agency of Canada.

She says that there are a number different rules that have to be followed to get to the food that is safe.

For example, the rules say that you can’t just throw the sample back and not get the results back.

“So it’s a bit of a grey area because you’ve got to follow these rules,” she says.

McCrear says that many retailers are also not testing their own food products.

“The problem is that some are not testing.

And it’s not necessarily because they don’t have good food security systems.”

The Food Industry Association of Canada says that most food retailers will be able to meet their food-check requirements, but that there’s still a lot that needs to be done.

“The Food-Check program is a great system, and it’s been in place for a long time,” says Dan Kelly, the group’s chief marketing officer.

“But the food safety requirements still need to be met.

And that’s something that’s going to be challenging.”

The Canadian Institute for Food Safety says that while the current food safety rules are in place, it still recommends that consumers prepare their meals according to the advice of a health professional.

“For those who choose to follow the recommended food-prep routine, the best advice is to ensure that their food is thoroughly cooked, and to avoid raw foods and any raw or undercooked products,” says the institute’s website.

In Canada, a full-time, paid job is the only way to ensure the health of your family.

That means that you should have a meal plan that includes healthy, balanced meals, snacks and drinks to keep you feeling full for at least an hour after you finish eating.
